Tarzan's coaching is built on years of training, competition, and working with athletes at different stages of their journey. He has competed in MMA, boxing, Muay Thai, and grappling while training alongside experienced teams throughout Asia. His experience includes amateur MMA bouts, boxing and Muay Thai competition, and a gold medal performance in grappling competition in Phuket. As a coach, he works with everyone from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Every client arrives with different goals, strengths, and challenges. That's why Tarzan starts by understanding the person before building the programme.
