2. Refund Eligibility for Digital Products

Since digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we generally do not offer refunds once content has been accessed or downloaded.

However, you may be eligible for a refund if:

• • You have not accessed, downloaded, or logged in to view the content.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can resolve the problem or issue a refund if we cannot fix it.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

• • You have accessed, streamed, or downloaded the digital content.
• • Your request is made after the 14-day eligibility period.
• • Dissatisfaction with content due to reasons outside our control (e.g., not achieving desired fitness results).
