Simply input your desired pace per mile or kilometer along with the total distance, and the calculator will show your projected finish time using the formula: Time = Pace × Distance.

Pace Calculator

Determine your average pace from a completed workout or race. Enter your total time and distance covered to calculate your pace per mile or kilometer. This mode helps analyze past performances and set realistic targets for future training sessions using: Pace = Time ÷ Distance.

Distance Calculator

Find out how far you can travel in a given time at a specific pace. This mode is useful for planning training runs when you have limited time or want to maintain a consistent effort level. The calculation follows: Distance = Time ÷ Pace.

Unit Conversions and Flexibility

All calculators support both metric (kilometers) and imperial (miles) units with automatic conversions between different measurement systems. You can mix units as needed - for example, calculate pace per kilometer from a distance measured in miles, or determine finish time in any unit combination.
