The plan runs on a 4-day weekly split. That balance allows you to train hard, recover properly, and build real fight-ready performance.
Most gyms have what you'll need: barbell or trap bar, dumbbells, kettlebells, adjustable bench, pull-up bar, landmine attachment, medicine ball, and an AirBike (or similar). Substitutions are provided if you're missing something.
