The program includes resistance band assistance progressions to help you build toward your first unassisted pull-up.
You'll train pull-ups 2 times per week with different rep schemes—one day for power, one day for volume (AMRAP sets).
Once you can perform 8+ clean reps without assistance, start adding weight using a dip belt or weight vest.
Pull-up bar is essential. Resistance bands for assistance and a weight belt for progressions are recommended.
