The High Kick Program trains hip flexion and external rotation for round kicks to the head. The Teep Program trains sagittal extension for front kicks. The Low Kick Program trains internal rotation and pivot for low kicks. Different assessments, different Day 1 titles, different progression names.
Yes. Reduce to 3 to 4 program days if sport volume is very high. Never skip Day 5 restoration. Do not run full program volume the week of a fight.
Follow your coach. This program builds the physical base. Technical sparring is your coach's domain. In Unlock and Stabilize, limit full-speed head kicks in sparring if they reinforce bad chamber habits.
Record both sides. Train the weaker side with one extra set on Days 1 and 2. Do not advance to Load until asymmetry is under 10 degrees or improving weekly.
No. This is a kick mobility product. For full S&C, use Kickboxing or MMA Strength & Conditioning after you complete the 8-week block.
